UK DELIVERY:

UK orders are sent out Monday - Friday by Royal Mail, and decks are sent out by a tracked and signed Evri service. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £30, this is automatically applied at checkout.

Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions. We don't use AI for our customer service so please be kind to our small team :o)

USA DELIVERY:

We are now shipping orders to USA with Royal Mail. Transit times are 7-14 days.

Due to recent changes by the US government to tariffs and taxes on commercial goods entering the US, with the removal of the 'de minimis exemption', we have changed our postage fees to include ALL duties/taxes upfront. So you won't pay anything extra for your parcel once it is in transit.

By pre-paying these in advance, it will eliminate any unexpected fees for you, and ensure full transparency with the costs associated with your order. 

Please note if you are unable to accept the delivery of your parcel due to not being at your address/sending it to the wrong address and it bounces back to us, we will not be able to refund your postage/duties/taxes. 

Thanks to all our USA customers for their support and patience while we navigate these changes. We subsidise the shipping on ALL parcels to USA to make it as low cost as we can for our customers in the States.
